Love this place - cheap, good breakfast food. Great thick slices of bacon. Authentic decor that is actually from the fifties. I expected it to be a tacky "retro diner" but it isn't. It's just a lovely neighbourhood place and it looks like it was decorated with a few trips to an antique shop or estate sale.

I called Doyle with a sewage pump issue and I ended up having them fix a pipe under my kitchen sink & having them replace a pressure tank and pressure pump that was sounding like it was on it's last legs. The men were very knowledgeable & were very helpful with cleaning up the pipes in the room where the pressure tank was.
They were very tidy *& polite & will always call Doyle for future plumbing issues. I also like when they have someone call you before showing up. Excellent service

Thurston's diner is an unpretentious gem. A comfortable familial place where you want to go again. Warm, homemade food, diner standards done right. Great French fries and home fries. Dustin and Jeff were awesome to work with! We had two other local plumbers in already and they either said certain jobs werent worth their time, gave us bad advice, or they did not finish the job as promised. Dustin took every tiny job we had and did it all amazingly well. Fast and friendly service and a high level of professionalism. Dustin even took the time to show me how to trouble shoot any issues we might face. I loved working with them and will always use EJ Mack for any plumbing jobs.

Always honest and very personable. Takes the time to explain the problem and checks around for the best pricing on parts therefore saving the customer money. Last repair I had done he found the part for $100 cheaper from one company compared to the other. Above and beyond the call of duty.
