I had a sewer blockage from the house and had spent a day and a half trying to clear it. I called Eric and he came within a half hour, brought his big auger and cleared roots from the pipe about twenty feet away from my property within minutes.
He was timely, reasonably priced, informative and a great help.

I recently moved here, and I love it. Administration people are charming and always available. I have a breathtaking view which brings my review to a 5 star. The building is in the perfect location according to universities, busses, and downtown. The parking levels are a bit creepy but nothing to be scared of. I am living beside the elevators and have never heard a noise! I had to do a big clean-up when I got here, but there are no bugs or what's so ever.
