Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. When I wanted new windows for my entire house (2 bay windows and 7 others) I decided to go with Fibertec because I wanted a solution that didn't involve vinyl. I'm happy to say that the installation went well. The house has been noticeably warmer with a consistent temperature on both floors since the new windows were put in.
