From the first appointment to the end, it was great to deal with Jim. He was very professional and cares about his customers’ needs. What I liked best is during the consultation he explained windows benefits and process of the installation. The prices at Fairview were competitive compared to the other companies that quoted. The installers were on time, efficient and did an amazing job installing everything. I would recommend this company to everyone.

When our roof needed re-shingling we did some internet research on quality of shingles and brands that were manufactured in Canada and got estimates from 3 local roofing companies. The office gave us heads-up telephone calls advising us when workmen would arrive at our home, and shingling was done in stages so that the roof could be “buttoned-up" before any thunderstorms. The clean-up after their work was meticulous and the quality of the roofing was excellent.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

I had two side doors and my basement windows replaced a few months ago and love the finished look! The windows and doors are high quality, the service is exceptional and the installers were friendly and cleaned up immaculately. Highly recommend!

We had this family run business do our kitchen renos and from start to finish they did a wonderful job. Staff in their business were helpful with guiding and explains the many options. They showed up to do the job with no delays and went over and above to complete all details of the project. In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. I got Exclusive Windows and Doors to replace 14 windows brick to brick throughout my house which included a custom octagon window, several large windows and a bay window. The price was competitive, installation and finishings are great and I am very happy with the finished work. The customer service was good as well, let me know when windows arrived, scheduled a date that suited my needs and the installers were polite and even used drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

The crew that installed the windows were efficient and cleaned up after the installation was done. The day after the windows were installed, I had to turn down the thermostat as the new windows are working like a charm.

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Last fall we had a glass shower enclosure installed by another company. There were many mistakes made and we were completely dissatisfied. Two other companies refused to fix the problem. We found Continental Mirror and Glass on line and are very happy that we did. They were friendly, helpful, understanding and most importantly they fixed the problem. We only regret that we had not used them in the first place. They will be the only glass company that gets my business in the future.
