I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

I was thoroughly happy with the work that was done on my home from Hamblets in Niagara Falls. Ken was the best for helping me to decide which colour and style of siding I should use. Helped with my decision for the windows and doors, evestrofs, facia etc. Chris and his crew were very polite and patient with me when asking questions and their quality of work is exceptional. Many thanks to all of those at Hamblets. They may be more expensive than other companies but the quality of work is A1.

The owner and workers were prompt and provided excellent service! I was impressed by their work ethic. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. This business has been the most positive experience working with any contractors. I needed new windows in the entire house. I had a couple of larger companies come out and quotes were unreasonably expensive for a small town house. I was referred to A&W by a friend who had used them. The same person that came out to do the quote was the same person who installed all of the windows. To me that means everything. We had three quotes to sand and finish our first floor bungalow all the quotes were around the same price two things that tipped the balance for us was being able to visit the show room and choose the finish and also that they would remove and replace the quarter round. Although there was a delay in the start date which I understand was due to our finisher Mike Doing such a thougher job prior to coming to our house. Mike did a fantastic job.
