Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. Was not rushed and a very comfortable experience. I would recommend Maple Cell Pho

My older model iPhone screen was totally smashed when it feel on the floor. The friendly staff at Teleworld quickly replaced the screen and its working great now. The staff also provided some useful suggestions on how better to protect my phone. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend.

Super helpful staff and service! The port of my phone was broken. After 2 days of looking online for wireless charging, including places like Best Buy, amazon, e-bay, etc, and with nothing available, Shahzad found a charger which directly charged my phone's batteries. Very helpful solution!

Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. I don’t write reviews but I had to for this place because the service I got was outstanding. The guy working there (Garry) really helped me out. He was surprisingly very patient with me even though I kept asking him to explain stuff and repeat things for me because I have short memory and very little attention span. In the end I walked out with a brand new phone and a better plan. Highly recommend.
