I ordered online # of catfood & other cat items for home delivery as I am unable to drive. When I recd the box of items, it was missing 1 of 4 mega pack of dentabites. I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Excellent service.

I’ve found that lately certain locations have really gone downhill but I was pleasantly surprised by the Kildare location in transcona. They mixed up my toppings but fixed it immediately and upsized my pizza at no charge. I had the original thin crust and it was awesome. Thin and crisp but not overdone and the toppings went right to the edges. I was very impressed with the pizza and the very friendly service. This is definitely my new location. I luv gondola pizza again

I inquired them again for help due to an emergency with our power line on the weekend. He got back to me right away and gave me advice on what to do and willing to come to take a look. Matthew and Drake provided my wife and I excellent service last month. We bought a fire pit and it wouldn’t fit in our car. They took the time to unload it from the box and loaded it into our car. The store had just closed and they took the time to ensure we were taken care of and weren’t in a hurry to go home because their shift was almost over.
