They always fit me in, fast,friendly service. I feel I get good value for my dollar and they are local! They do most of the maintenance on my 2004 Subaru.....PS it's still going strong at just about 400k. I think that says it all!!

moved to Ladysmith BC...opening Oct 24th. Really looking forward to this because beside fish & chips, Gerry always serves super fresh veggies in his dishes....crave the special chow mein!

Dan at Affordable sure knows a lot about vacuums. He has been selling them for over 20 years. He was very helpful to me in choosing a vacuum. He asked questions about where I would be using it and what type of flooring I would be cleaning. I was very happy to find out that he also services everything he sells. That sure beats a trip to the box store out of town where I may have made a purchase and found that it was not working to my liking. I did not find that the store smelled of smoke at all as the previous reviewed noted. I feel good supporting local merchants and will continue to, as to me that's what community is all about.

Stephanie took my unorganized mess & got me caught up without pain, including dealing with the CRA on my behalf. Then to top it off, she completed & e-filed my personal taxes for me! Very excellent service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I was so sorry in leaving Ladysmith as the staff were so great and helpful for me. I am deaf and they let me contact by email and the delivery guy made sure I got my meds when I couldn't hear them come to the door. Entire staff are super nice and friendly. Going to miss them so much
