Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.

Secure Group provides last minute services within the GTA, they have a response time of 1hr. They helped me during a broken water main pipe and got on scene and started the fire watch services for the fire department. Amazing management, amanzing team.

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tim today regarding electrical supplies for my home as I am upgrading my indoor circuit panel plus all the breakers. Tim took the time to go over all the specs, configure the panel to make sure all the breakers would fit and that this was the unit for the task.
After reviewing my electrical needs and possible future needs of my home we concluded on a unit from Cutler Hammer plus all the breakers and accessories.
I was also pleased that the price provided was far lower than what I was quoted from all the Big Box stores located around my residence.
