Updated review: After Pen Hi-tech responded to my review I called as requested. Spoke with Ali who offered to replace battery. Dealing with Ali was a much better experience than who I had previously dealt with. I have a different battery and I am satisfied. When I replace my TabA battery I will go back to PHT.
