I want everyone to know what a wonderful experience it was to have my vehicle repaired at Trusted Auto, I called and asked for a quote over the phone and had it within 20 minutes, the brakes were repaired over 40% less using high quality parts and the brake rotors are even treated to prevent rusting, NO ONE ever offered me coated brake rotors and I have been driving for over 20 years, the brakes have been installed now over a month and the brakes look like the were installed today, John / Nick / George keep up the high quality repairs and you have my word EVERONE that I know will know about Trusted Auto & Truck Service INC. I went here on a referral from a friend, and my experience was 5 star. There was a hole in my exhaust, and being honest with me he didn't try to rip me by replacing entire sections and pipes. He welded an a section to cover the hole while I waited, and charged me very little . I have since then referred him to friends who were also happy with repairs here .

On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

Excellent work and exceptional customer service. The team went beyond my expectations. I received the ceramic polish package. After driving home on the 401 my rims on my car and my exterior was still looking show room perfect. I highly recommend and I will be using them all the time.
