Just wanted to leave a review as the only one on here is negative..
I've had nothing but great experiences dealing with the guys at Nova. Got a range membership and very much enjoy the atmosphere, the range does its job and allows for shooting out to 20m. Staff have been excellent whenever dealing with them and have always been willing to pass on their knowledge.
Take the other review very much with a grain of salt. Check them out yourself, you won't regret it.

I found Novacoast when I was looking to install a tankless water heater, and I am extremely happy I did. Blaine was responsive, honest, and always willing to answer any questions that I had. On the day of the job the crew were courteous and professional. They worked clean, and did a great job. The pricing was more than fair as well. A great group of folks that I would happily hire again. Highly recommend!

The tow truck driver arrived sooner than the guy on the phone estimated and he was very friendly. He seemed to take great care with my car and we arrived at my garage of choice with no problem at all. I would call these guys again if I needed to.

Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. Had such a wonderful experience with this company, we hired them to come to us and put on a birthday party for our 12 year old daughter and they went above and beyond expectations! They did tinsel in everyones hair, and had a painting class for the girls. They said it was the best birthday party they had ever been too! They were friendly and professional and even came in a big pink bus. This was something to remember for sure.

They were professional, transparent with pricing, and did an excellent job fixing my ceiling and repainting. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard.
