Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.

i found the people very helpfull and understanding there was a mixup in my script with my son of the same name and when descovered the fix was quick and prof. I strongly recommend giving them a call. My water heater failed and they installed a new one for me, the next day, and $200 cheaper than the competition! Very friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond for me at no extra charge.

I purchased a custom-mixed stain at Sasco in Dartmouth and was really pleased with the results in matching stair treads to pre-stained flooring. I also purchased the satin varnish, which is excellent. Customer service was incredible! Really enjoyed the experience of working with staff to get the stain just right. Highly recommended.

I was in NS visiting in June and I broke a control arm on my car. Someone suggested I call Coveys so I did. They got me a control arm the next day and I got it put on and was back on the road in no time. Great customer service and good prices.
