Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. I was instantly greeted when I walked into the store and then re-approached as I browsed around. The sales lady who helped me took the time to find the right size and style for me. She brought over several options until I was happy with the right one.

I have shopped at G. T. stores for over 40 years and been happy about it.
But on line I am frustrated by the notice asking for my postal code every time I try to look for something. It does not work and it cut me off. Please get rid of the notice.
I shop at more than one of your stores not always the same one.

I searched all over for a particular pair of shoes, the clerk in this store advised me on how to find them on line.
I ordered them and they were even on sale.
They received them in the store and kept them for me while i was on vacation.
