In the last 10 years, I have gone through a lot of pharmacies. However, I have been going to this pharmacy in the last 4 years and they are a very amazing team. They are very professional yet friendly and compassionate. They always follow up on any issues or concerns and make sure that the customer is satisfied with their service and that their needs are met. The Shoppers drug mart is west Vancouver's park royal mall is my favorite shoppers of them all. They have the most friendly and helpful customer care. I was recently helped by a very friendly woman who worked in the cosmetic department named Tina, who not only gave me her undivided attention, she answered all my questions about make-up and showed me demonstrations by applying the make-up on me, when I hadn't even bought a thing yet. She also showed me the sales, instead of shoving the most expensive products in my shopping basket and bankrupting me like typical beautician. I left a very happy customer, and now thats the place I'll go when I have questions about cosmetics! Lire plus
