To my shame I backed into my garage door, breaking a cable. These guys came when they said they would and the cost of their services was very reasonable. This is actually the second time they have come out. The last time was when one of our springs broke. That time they came even though it was after hours and WINTER and were also very reasonable with the cost. Save yourself the headache of dealing with other people and just call these guys!

Absolutely wonderful! Dmitri is a skilled craftsman. He was able to renew my old system to a new one in short time. He knows his work and the precision with which he works is excellent. He concentrates on the tasks and assured me "no worries."

Called mid day to request some maintenance on a 14 year old garage door that was having some issues closing properly. Brian was able to send a crew later that same afternoon. The crew were very professional & knowledgeable and were able to trouble shoot the issue and get it fixed right the first time and the price was very reasonable. My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!
