Honest and Quick laptop repair service. My computer crashed two months ago and I took it to this store this morning. Very good customer service and quick response time. Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.
