My furnace motor went the other day, and I called Dyand Mechanical as they had originally installed the furnace. They had someone out and the motor replaced, within a couple hours of me calling them. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family in the future.

My hot water tank packed it in and I needed a new one installed. Within a day, I was enjoying a seemingly endless supply of hot water from my larger tank. The worker was very friendly and clean.
