I was new in town and needed to get my furnace inspected. I contacted 2 local companies and chose Burroughs Plumbing and Heating. I was very impressed with their professionalism and thorough inspection. They told me that I needed a duct cleaning and the furnace was in good condition. I was impressed with their honesty and great attitude. It was a pleasure to have them do this inspection and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to look after your plumbing and heating needs.

I got 3 quotes on replacing my furnace. I only received a dollar value from the other companies, while Murv took the time to examine everything thoroughly, and seemed more knowledgeable about the work. He made recommendations on improving air flow and efficiency that the others did not, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. The work was done quickly, neatly, and I couldn't believe the difference in my home afterwards! I was very happy with this transaction.

Being a male, I waited till 32c before calling around for A/C. 4 big heating and a/c companies in Edmonton raised their pricing cause I was in a bind. Finding Comfortable Home Systems saved me. Talked to Barb and the next day a service tech Manny was out. It was like Manny was working on his own home, did the work with pride! Price was great and didn't try to up sell me like the others.

We had a furnace issue ...make a long story short we called the wrong company..they mis diagnosed the problem and it cost us in parts we did not need...i called DMP and Dave was very concerned about this and looked at it that same day...he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and even sent me a video of the work he was doing...very professional and efficient....
I would and will recommend this company to anyone...i will never make the mistake of going with any other company ever again!!

My furnace motor went the other day, and I called Dyand Mechanical as they had originally installed the furnace. They had someone out and the motor replaced, within a couple hours of me calling them. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family in the future.
