They explained things clearly and patiently (I knew nothing about fireplaces) and answered all my questions (even the silly ones). They made sensible recommendations. They had really creative ideas for the installation. They always showed up on time. They offered a great price. The installation was smooth and fast. 5-star.

Excellent service. Serviced my fireplace, cleaned everything did every check possible to make sure everything was working properly. A very personable technician I highly recommend this company. I just gave my neighbour the contact information as she saw hi vehicle on my driveway and needed hers serviced too.
