We were very pleased with the purchase and installation of a wood stove from Warm Hearth in May 2025. Everything from the initial browsing in the store to the purchase and installation was flawless and a pleasant experience. Linda went above and beyond in helping me find a gasket for my old model Kingsman fireplace. Not only did she order the part from the factory in Winnipeg, but also arranged a courier to expedite the process. To top it off, when the part arrived at Encore’s location in Langley, she coordinated with their sales representative to drop it off at my home in Burnaby! Thank you for terrific service!
