Edgar Simmons Heating has serviced my furnace annually for 10 years. The service techs who have worked in my home are courteous and knowledgeable and I ve enjoyed my interactions with them. Recently I updated my furnace and air conditioner and Harvey worked through the options with me to choose the right units that met my needs and expectations, rather than overpaying for an overpowered unit that my home didnt require. Five stars!!! First off, I called And Googled several companies regarding condo HVAC repair that I was not pleased with until I got a hold of Home Trade Standards. Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump. From the first phone call to final install, it only took 2 days. On time, within budget and honest. They are highly recommended, I would definitely use them again!
