We were very impressed by the work completed by Jason and his team. They replaced our back deck and the build was of superior quality and completed very quickly. They also did repairs on a side deck. This exposed a issue with an exterior wall that they addressed immediately and with minimal fuss, despite not having scheduled time for this. Throughout the job, they kept the worksite clean and were always open to suggestions. The price was reasonable and Jason was open about costs.

I enjoyed your good customer service when I went in to see if you have had any bus-passes...it was a harsh day trying to find a way an time for the bus service is your last resort, its always good to know when the bus leaves to Chilliwack, bus-fair is a lot cheaper then 40-bucks gas money.,Happy-new year!!!

We can’t recommend them enough. Brendon and his team did the electrical for our entire home. They were so organized and everything was very carefully thought out and planned. They provided detailed quotes and explained everything that would be done. I have received the best service from Mel in the auto shop. My battery went in my car and being a single mom with one car I was in a panic. MEl was able to fit me in right away ( I had to call I tow truck to pick up the car while I was working) . I work in qualicum so I worried about how I was going to get to canadian tire in parksville to pick up my car, Mel and a Co worker drove my car to qualicum to my work. They went far and above in their service. I will be back for all of my car needs. Thank you again.

I went to United flooring to see what they could offer ( Quality/Price )
I went there twice. I live about 45 KM from Courtenay.
While I was looked after somewhat as a customer I did not feel at home being there.
So I went to End of the roll and guess what I felt right at home there.
I bought what I needed and after some explanation by the employee I decided to add the kitchen to be done with the same material.
Her name was Ms Cyd. Very very helpful.
