Dr. Dim is an excellent dentist. He listens well and responds with well thought out solutions that are not always the most expensive method but the best for his patients. His work is carefully done with little discomfort. Dr. Dim's hygienists and office staff are wonderful and caring. They go the extra for you in everything they do. She was the best Dr. My daughter and I were both really sad when she stopped practicing. I’m not going say anything about these negative comments, bc everyone has a different experience; anyone can have an off day (patients and docs). I can only speak to our experiences. If I could give Dr. Bhatia 12/10 I would. Dr. Bhatia is by far the best doctor I have ever dealt with and I am so fortunate that he is my son's pediatrician. He genuinely cares for his patients and gives us time in addressing medical concerns. He goes the EXTRA mile to ensure we have proper understanding of medicines prescribed and remembers finer details of our medical history.
