I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. We told them we had no heat in our home due to our old furnace break down and they did all they could to book us in ASAP. Their technicians were punctual, professional and clean. Scott and his team could not have done a better job when they replaced our furnace and ac. Scotts' team arrived at 9am, and were done by 3pm.
Nobody else was considered for this job. Scott was trained by his dad, and now Scott trains his team the right way. Great bunch of guys!!

Dave from Crowe Mechanical is a wonderful employee. He really knows his stuff. We just had Enbridge here today and they said... "Oh, you had Dave from Crowe Mechanical do the work. It's good you had him. He knows what he's doing. Many times we have to come out numerous times to get things fixed before we approve the work done." The Enbridge guy was quite happy we had Dave do our crawl space furnace/air con!
Also, we have been quite pleased with Dave. Nice person as well :)
