Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. I would highly recommend Clearair Solutions for any mould issues you may have. They are a very professional and highly efficient company with a highly skilled team. I had a problem in my attic and had to remove everything in my entire second floor in order for them to get rid of the mould. They were very tidy and thorough. I just recently had them back to take care of surface mould in my crawl space. They were quick to respond and did a great job. Thanks Ken and team.

We decided to purchase a multi zone ductless air conditioner/ heat pump. Novel Care has looked after us for many years. The technicians arrived early, respectfully removed their shoes and consulted us about the best placement. The work was done quickly and there was no clean-up required. as expected, installers were professional and personable. Great customer service.
