Our Air Conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of summer, and we called Canada Climate Services. They repaired our unit on the same day, and one of the owners followed up to ensure we were happy. It was a great customer service experiencere. I just bought my house and a month later my furnace stopped working, I had never needed to call a heating company before so I looked through the yellowpages and called a few different companies. I spoke to City Gas, they lady that answered the phone was great and their pricing was cheaper than many other companies I had called.
Their technician came to my house within an hour of my call; he was very friendly and professional and he fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with their service and I will defiantly be using them again! Thanks City Gas!

I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.
