Placed a service call for furnace repair where pilot light would not stay on. Within 2 hours they showed up and did the repair! Minor repair was only needed. Repair man was professional and very honest! Highly recommended!!!

Our Air Conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of summer, and we called Canada Climate Services. I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.

The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. When my furnace broke down I called them to give me a quote to replace my furnace they came right away as i had no heat in the middle of winter.
