i recently bought this sofa from high class furniture store and i'm really happy with my purchase. i love the beige color, it's neutral and matches my decor perfectly. the cushions are soft and the back support is just right. i appreciate the quality of the materials used, it feels durable and well-made. the staff at the store were friendly and helpful, they made the whole buying process smooth and easy. overall, i'm very satisfied with my new sofa and would definitely recommend high class.

Purchase experience was very pleasant, no pressure and very friendly. Requested delivery date a month in advance. They called me the week before to confirm and again the day before. They arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They unpacked and set up my couch set and removed all packaging. My bedroom set, they put it together. I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

Belaty Ltd. was sent to inspect and repair and old fridge and an old washing machine at my mothers home. Under the Enercare appliance protection program. The repair man who attended was Danny. He managed to save two older appliances that did not need replacement quite yet. He was fast and effective. Careful in handling the appliances and made sure to keep the work area clean after he was finished. He answered all my dumb questions. Was on time for both visits. Totally satisfied and impressed.
