This clinic is so thorough and detailed! They are really top of the notch. I bring my entire family to see Dr. Kim Krmpotic. She is just delightful! She's a beautiful person inside and out. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to make my 3 year old feel comfortable before she starts checking his eyes. I drive to Barrie from Midland to Shah Optometry because they are professional and always welcoming. Kishara and Claudia are amazing and receptive when they greet me. My phone calls are always answered and/or voicemails returned right away. They have always valued my time and I am grateful for their efficiency.
