Most staff very interactive, friendly, helpful. owner not so much. I have worked in retail for many years and the ability to interact with the customer is utmost importance. I find stock is out a lot YES sometimes it is shorted. But I have noticed other stores are not. I enjoy the friendly interaction with the cashiers. PS it is the staff that makes a business great.

STAFF seems DEVOTED TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. aLWAYS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. mORE LIKE NEIGHBOURS THAN JUST SERVERS. fRIENDLY staff, good experience shopping here. Customers are more aware of good manners with staff and other fellow shoppers not just to grab food food food....JB

I went to Scarborough Super Store to get new glasses. The staff in the optical dept. was not only professional but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have been attended to by such an experienced, friendly staff.

I have been shopping at this location since they opened.
I find the staff to be friendly & knowledgeable.
The store is clean and has good prices and specials.
And having a Pharmacy inside the store is a great bonus !

I rate excellent because the store is well organize easy to find what you need , but yesterday i went there to buy luncheon meat which is .97 each is a good price i bought only 2 cases and another 2 can for scanning she , that is double price i hope you take an action for this i try to call your store no answer thanks

I just wanted to take this opportunity to give Gurpreet and Vikas at the Weston Road Mobility Kiosk a raving review. The first time I went in I dealt with Gurpreet. Service from Gurpreet was smooth, she was informative, and asked the right questions regarding my mobility needs. Second visit I dealt with Vikas. Once again! Thumbs up for service excellence. I shop here and, I might add that staff are polite, and, I am not sure who gave the review but I always have a polite cashier in the checkout at both the Redpath store, and, other stores that I shop at. I noticed that all your stores are clean, and, tidy. I cannot say that for Real Canadian Superstore, or Metro. Keep up the great work, and, management wise you are second to none, great management at all of your stores. J.P. Presti
