Moved on February 28, 2019. Excellent service from Bernie, Art and Kevin. The movers I had originally contracted with bailed on me at the last minute, and with three days notice this company came through. It was not a huge move but it meant everything to me. They were courteous, efficient and respectful. And much lower cost than I had anticipated. I would recommend the Kelowna Two Small Men With Big Hearts to anyone, especially for a local move. BigSteelBox was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I had amazing customer service, the truck driver was kind and professional, and they always were able to help me when I was in a panic. Although moving is quite stressful, the girls in the office did everything they could to make me feel calm and comfortable.
