Have an 8 1/2 yr old Golden Retriever & have only taken him there once, so far. Everything I asked for was done to a "T". Absolutely love that it is a small business in my community. The only downside that even the owner with attest to, is the steep stairs into the basement area where she grooms, which could cause problems for bigger & older dogs. I will definitely take my boy to see her again :D

I love that every time I leave here I feel good, had a relaxing experience, and look great! Mike is such a nice guy to work with and actually listens to what I like and dislike. Check the address though...yellow pages has the old address listed.

I love this place. Been going there for years and have always had top notch care. Recently my new glasses were "just not right". No problem. Back I went and they retested and ordered new lenses with no charge. Just a slight adjustment and I was good to go. Nice to know I am well taken care of. Front desk office staff are also fabulous. I love it when they call me for an appointment and ask me how I am and how the kids are. Family friendly for sure!

I can't say enough great things about my experience. The process of buying my Polaris Ranger RZR Side By Side couldn't have been more pleasant in terms of people and process.
That in itself is worthy of 5 stars in today's world of "less than quality" customer service!
It got even better for me though. I had mechanical problems after 3 weeks and I dropped my bike off to find out what was wrong. I was offered the loan of a machine for the weekend it was in the shop and in the end - they actually provided me with a brand new machine.
Thank You so much for the positive experience. I will be suggesting your location to everyone I know!

Job was completed in a professional and timely matter with excellent results. The best ride I ever had from a taxi company was from Flytime. Flytime was a really professional company. I have used their services many times, and they had never offered us an old car. They had offered us Lincoln Town Car, or some other great cars. Also in a cold morning, Flytime helped us, instead of us picking up our luggage's and putting in the car, Flytime did that for us. Also as we sat in the car, the car was very warm and cozy. I would recommend Flytime to anybody who'd be coming to Halifax and willing to go anywhere in Halifax.
