I live in Maple and I only go to this particuar location. I have been coming to this Mr.Sub for about 2 years now. I find that they are the cleanest, always have fresh toppings, and give good service. I notice that they also go the extra mile to make the customers happy. The owner, Ameer is always friendly and in a good mood, very hospitable. He knows how to treat his customers. I also like a girl named Liz who happens to be the one that serves me the most. She is really friendly and in my opinion makes the best subs there. She knows my subs by memory which I find to be amazing. Shows she pays attention or that I go there too much. :) Free cookies all the time. I don't think I have ever left without some free cookies stashed away in my bag. Sometimes I get an older lady serving me when I come in late at night . She's often friendly but I find that when she is in a bad mood, she shows it. Sometimes she doesn't smile like the rest of the staff. I notice when she serves me, my subs are either messy or really good. Its not consistent. I think it depends on her mood. Overall though, nothing bad to say about this Mr.Sub. I hope they stay in business. Plan to go there today. Can't wait. Lire plus

I've probably been here 3 or 4 times now. I keep coming back because the service is so good! Not to mention the food is fantastic (the complimentary crunchy soup is to die for). The last time I went, my table got the spider roll, seaweed salad, green dragon roll, spicy salmon roll, and some other roll (I can't remember the name). They were delicious! All was served in a sequential manner; we were served complimentary soup immediately as we sat down, then we ordered, after which we were served complimentary green salad while we waited for our rolls. We were never without food! With all that's included with the rolls, the value is really great. Although it's not too impressive from the outside, the inside is pretty good. It's not fancy, but very laid back. I took my grandmother here for her first sushi experience, and she loved it. I had such good service today, that I had to give these guys some publicity! This review is way past due; I've been coming here frequently for over 5 years now for no reason other than it is FANTASTIC. The master chef and his wife are such lovely people who's efforts and dedication to the restaurant really have a great influence on the atmosphere. Did I mention that the food is amazing? The rolls are made fresh and just simply really well. I love the design of the seating area and how the booths are separated it really gives a cozy feel to the place. I've been to this restaurant more times than I can count. Besides the food being excellent and very inexpensive, the restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. Service is always good and really fast so even if there is a line-up, it moves quickly. The soups are what they are known for and they are a meal and a half for $5.00! I've been to many Vietnamese restaurants and this one is consistently one of my favourites.It's the perfect place to enjoy a steamy bowl of filling soup with meat, dumplings and noodles on a cold winter night. Ohh goodness me, the Ja Jang Myeon (wheat noodles with black soybean paste) is HEAVENLY! After watching sooo many Korean Dramas and seeing all the actors/actresses eating this dish, I was finally able to taste it for myself and it was the most delicious bowl of noodles I have ever eaten! With such a unique taste and texture I basically gobbled and slurped my way down to the very last noodle. With the restaurant having such a family-oriented business feeling to it, it really felt like I was enjoying a home-cooked Korean meal. Fantastic! Lire plus
