I found her at a wedding show and she was amazing ! One taste of her red velvet (which I definitely recommend) and I was sold ! She may be fairly to the business, but her designs and the taste and texture of her cakes are very well done. The price is amazing for the Gatineau area as well. I don’t think we could have found better !

I ordered cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday and they were incredible! They were so moist and full of flavor and they were stunning with the fondant art! Nicole made them beyond my expectations and blew us away! Loved everything about them and the service and I will most definitely be ordering for all future events from her!

I have always found Tait's to have excellent pastries. Their carrot cake is to die for!! For a nice place to go for a coffee and treat I would choose here for sure.
They do excellent wedding cake decorating too. I used them for my wedding cake 20+ years ago and highly recommend them.

1. A patty and a cocobread. Load up some butter on that cocobread; put the patty inside it; make a sandwich.
2. Spice bun with the fruits or the Easter Spice Bun. THE ABSOLUTE BEST JAMAICAN SPICE BUN...EVER!
3. Plantain Tarts. You can't go wrong with this pastry. It's best when you warm it up; microwave, toaster oven, whatever. It's so good.
4. Christmas Pudding. It's too bad it's only available at Christmas time. One small taste and my mouth starts watering up for another slice.
