Our dog is a rescue from a very bad situation. She is very afraid of new people and new situations. Elena is so patient and calm and has always been so good with her, we feel very comfortable leaving our pup there to be groomed. The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again!
