I got lucky when I said I live near this place. They are small and personal, always polite and courteous and I never have to wait more then 10-15 minutes since there is never really a line with more than two or three people. I did have to wait forty-five minutes once but, So what, I can wait at home. They also call you when everything is ready to be picked up if you are not in the store. The little things that this store does makes the sometimes 'not so nice' stuff your picking up and the reason your picking it up seem not so bad.
The Ladies are always smiling and happy, the pharmacist is always ready to help answer any questions you might have. They ALWAYS tell you what is what with your meds even if you get them all the time and they don't seem to mind any of this, they actually seem to enjoy it.
Keep up the great work. I am a lifelong customer and I hope it will be a while yet.

David and his team are amazing. Always welcoming and friendly. David is the most knowledgeable pharmacist I have dealt with. He goes that extra mile. Like the review says above, if he doesnt know the answer to your question, he will research it until he finds an answer.Ben, his main pharmacist is also very knowledgeable and professional and the front counter staff are very efficient. The very angry comment that has been posted is surely an anomaly. We shop at this Loblaws frequently and find it has a great selection of goods, friendly service, and, yes, easy parking. Its one of my favourite grocery stores.

Shelves are always stocked- the staff are friendly- pharmacy staff are cheerful and helpful. There is only one problem - the cashier is often not available - management insists on only one cashier as they want the express machines to be used. Not convenient when I only want a lottery ticket.
