The care and response you get from the staff is absolutely fantastic. The staff always ask how you are doing and if you ever need anything at all just ask. I like this pharmacy and the staff very much. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I had heard they were good thats why I went to them and they ARE excellent, also very kind and considerate. Would recommend them to anyone

Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.
