The service was excellent, as well as the food. They start you off with bread (crusty, chewy). The beet salad and the green pea morel mushroom salad was so good. We both had their pasta with fresh shrimp but took advantage you could get it in two different sauces, white or red, both delicious and cooked perfectly so it tasty so fresh. We decided to try their chardonnay by the glass as well as a couple of their cheeses (gouda and cheddar) to finish off our meal. Lire plus

Our appitizer of the southewestern Egg rolls were excellent and different, great dipping sauce. The soup of the day is homemade and different each day and excellent. They have weekly specials which the stuffed trout was and a side dish of garlic mashed potaotes are really garlicky and great. The wild boar burger is made with fresh meat and cooked to order, the french fries are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, yummy. The Banana Changa is to die for and so is the Cookies and cream cake and could be enjoyed by 2. The restaurant is upstairs, only 18 yrs or older and the patios have views of the mountains. There are Live Bands some nights and dancing. Big Screen T.V.'s keep you up to date on sports if you're not enjoying the patio views of the mountains and pedistarians below. This is no way a Mexican restaurant but a cowboy/western restaurant with Buffalo burgers and Wild Boar burgers. The bar is excellent with drink specials with a twist. Can't go to Banff without going to Wild Bills!!!!! Lire plus

I was very surprised to find such excellent quality Japanese food in a small town like this. They have a large menu that even includes a fair number of dishes for vegetarians. This is one of the best Japanese restaurants in BC. The quality of the food is very good and therefore the taste is delicious. The same quality restaurant would demand a premium price in Vancouver, so the dishes are an excellent value. Presentation of the food is very nice and the chef obviously takes pride in his work. I inquired and the kitchen chef and the sushi chef are both Japanese. The flavour combinations in the rolls were harmonious and supremely delightful. The restaurant is not crowded with tourists and the staff said that not many tourists make their way there. Obviously a hidden gem and now my new favourite. Lire plus

Waiters , Host , bus people. We had an excellent meal served by a professional waitress whose name I did not get. Time after time and year after year this place continues to impress. First off I will say, great food!! Was my first time at a Carl's jr, and my expectations were high with all the talk I've been hearing. And i was shocked! I've NEVER had customer service like that before at a fast food restaurant EVER!! Was an absolute pleasure! They came over and asked us if we needed anything else and how the food was and if we needed ANYTHING to let them know all with smiling faces!! Will definitely be going back!!
