I use this UPS location aprox. 2-5 times a week for our business, I can honestly say I look forward to stopping in sending out packages or even just picking up mail. The new owner Kanti is a very personable and reliable man who is always willing to go the extra mile for when you need help. Their customer Service is excellent! Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

Email confirmation with order number was almost instant. I received job complete and ready for pick up email early morning today 4 hours before promised time.
