They were extremely helpful and patient with me because I had never rented before and had a slew of questions. When I arrived, the apartment was clean and ready to move into. I am shocked and disappointed in many of the reviews posted for CS Management.
I have been part of a Board of Directors for almost all of the 15 years I have owned and lived in my condo. Over these years I have worked with three other property management companies and would like to state that Manuela and CS Management are by far the best. If you own a condo and are responsible, abide by the by-laws, respectful of your community, and what a dependable property management company; call them!
