The staff are accommodating and friendly. I was given a proper quote based on my needs and advised to think it over. Within 1 week I decided that no other place can beat the price and the service they have offered, I have purchased 2 hearing aid (both ears). Since then I have been a happy customer and without any hassle I can call anytime when I have some difficulty with my hearing aid. I recently visited this clinic in search of better hearing protection while playing with my band. With 4 guitars, sax, harmonica, bass and drums it can get pretty loud. The trouble is everything I've tried is too muffled and they make it very difficult to sing. Dr Marynewich suggested dB Blockers musicians earplugs by Etymotic Research. They have different filters to suit your situation. They are SO comfortable and work great. She was very helpful and so was her office manager Maria. Recommended

Purchased Oticon hearing aids Dec. 2017. For the most part, they work well, especially when listening to TV via the Bluetooth box. Syed was easy to talk to, and answered all questions patiently. Recommend him and the product.
