Dr. D. Warren a neurosurgeon, performed a thoracic decompression on me and I woke up with absolutely no pain. Having been in severe pain for more than a year I was never more happy in my life. When Dr. Warren came to visit me the following day I called him Dr. Miracle and in fact God had performed a miracle through the doctor.

I find Dr. Noel to be one of the best for treating ear and hearing problems. He is sympathetic and very understanding of the frustrations a very hard of hearing person is experiences. His office staff are very helpful and willing to adjust for clients, especially those who come from other areas. I would personally recommend him for his openness to listening and explaining the why questions patients ask of him.

I came here to rehabilitate my back after being on bedrest following a lower spine injury and being immobile for about a month. I needed to rebuild the strength and flexibility I once had and coming here was just the ticket for me. I was barely able to sit up on my own when I started, but the slow and steady progress has made a huge difference. It's been about 4 weeks and I'm finally driving again - something I haven't done in a few months - it feels great to be moving back toward where I was at before this operation. The doctors here are so upbeat and encouraging, it makes it easy to work even harder and to push a little farther.

It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!

I've seen a few different physiotherapists at this clinic, and they were all amazing! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Especially the owner, Edson!!! He always provides the best treatments - even did manual therapy on a few occasions! They also work very convenient hours and were very accommodating in working out appointments that worked with my schedule, even if it meant staying late. Overall - a clinic with a heart! Harp is an exceptional physiotherapist. I have seen him for years now and he always gets to the problem and gives me relief or mostly complete resolution. Once things are under control he always leaves it up to me when I need to come back. Many times I have seen physios that get you coming back unnecessarily for week and weeks. Harp is on top of my past issues - he is very professional but also very personable. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting excellent care for physical issues.

5 years ago our cat was hit by a car and it was 11:30pm by the time we found him. When he was barely able to move, we knew that we had to get him some care and fast. Our normal vet was closed and there seemed to be few options. Then, looking in the Yellow Pages, we found the ad for Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic and thank goodness we did. As it turned out, our cat was in shock and suffering from a broken pelvis and a dislocated hip. Without the expert care and fast response of the veterinarians at the Animal ER it is likely that our cat would not have made it until morning. The caring staff ensured that they got him the care that he needed overnight until we was stable enough to be transferred to our vet for further treatment. The fact that he is dozing in the chair beside me today, 5 years later, is testament to the wonderful care provided at the Animal ER. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with a sick or injured animal you love and don't know where to turn, call the Animal ER.

Wow. I am amazed.
I went to see Jennifer for a bike fitting - GUYS. Seriously. You would be crazy to go ANYWHERE else! She was attentive, friendly, answered all my questions, and then later addressed some chronic back pain I've been having. She spent 2 full hours with me, and my bike feels better than ever. She really knows what she's talking about when it comes to bike fitting - she was completely flawless in all her measurements, techniques, etc.
What I appreciated most was how she talked me through every step. So many physio's just get into "go mode" and don't say anything... not here! She explained every detail, and especially the "why" behind all the changes she made on my bike. On top of her excellent, hand-crafted service, I feel like I got an education, too!
