Terry @ Wellness on 1st is amazing!! She did reflexology for my shoulder after I fell down the stairs and tore my rotator in 2 places. It worked so amazing that I was able to get some sleep and heal much faster. Added bonus she also used ear seeds for long lasting pain relief. Thankyou Terry!!

I have known Nina for over 15 years and will never go anywhere else for a massage. Nina was in the midst of transition at one time, and I was unable to locate her, I went to every massage place in Calgary and did finally locate her. I told her, that if I had to go to China to find her, I probably would have. Nina is the best massage therapist and a great person overall. She takes a personal interest with every client of hers. I've never had a bad experience. The ladies are really friendly, and the entire atmosphere is relaxing. It's the only place I can go for eyebrow wax and them actually do what I want.

Sahira is so awesome, it was a very deep tissue massage, which I really really needed. I would strongly recommend going in to see her.
They also go to peoples homes and my friend Kim who told me about them has someone go to her house, and she raves and raves about it.

Dr Li knows what she’s doing! I’m a pianist and my back was super sore. I went in for a massage, but honestly my muscles were too sore to touch. Dr. Li Sid let me try acupuncture and after that I will massage. I never had acupuncture before. She put the needles in, no problem there, left them in for 20 minutes or so, took them out……….. and what was too painful to touch when I walked in, was now able to receive deep massage! Amazing! I Highly Recommend Kingsland Oriental Medical Massage!
