This is my first time at Felix Automotive Co. Felix car repair shop on #6 Hwy was recommended by 2 ladies, widowed, and are very pleased with the work they have done along with the extended hours they have.
Shaun the owner/manager was very accommodating and explained the repairs before it was done and after. This job would have cost me twice as much at the dealer. I will be a 'forever' customer from now on.

We drove in from out of town to purchase a car. The dealership didn’t notice some damage to the rear bumper but immediately called Carsmetics who took us right away. Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
I am very happy with the service, shop is clean, waiting area is clean and office looks nice.

I took my car in to have my brake light wiring checked. Tyler helped me; he's a very personable professional. He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. His honesty and kindness is unmatched compared to some other auto repair shops I've been to. His is now the only shop in Brampton I'll go to.

Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.
