Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there. The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came the next day, he worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road. Their pricing for mechanical work is very competitive to other shops in Fort McMurray from my experience, and they provided excellent customer service. The appointment booking was also much sooner than with other local shops. They diagnosed and resolved engine problems with my Buick Encore. I would highly recommend them for mechanical work.
