We were wrong about this shop in our first review so we decided to give this another try.. After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! Mistakes happen but they will make sure that they do not happen again and thats what makes them better than the other shops we've been to. We will continue to refer friends and family. Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. In the end it had to be towed. But they got the work done in record time as I had my vehicle back before the end of day. Thank you and your crew!

I took my increasingly unstable 2006 Murano in to them for a lot of work and new tires. What I received back drove like a brand new vehicle. All proposed work was itemized and explained in detail with a very fair price attached. The staff are some of the best I have encountered and I have no qualms in going back for any issues that may wander along in the future. Amazing service.

I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.
