My friend casually said as we drove, have you tried "Wok's Taste"? That's where we get our Chinese food." I said "No." He made a detour and drove me past the unassuming storefront. They've been there for years, and have a full menu with all the favourites. Today I tried it. I ordered way too much for delivery and glad I did! It will not be wasted! The young lady on the phone told me delivery would be 45 minutes. Right on time, my food was there, steaming hot Chinese food and delicious!

Have been twice now- one business lunch and then was so pleased took the hubby. Ordered from daily special menu both time, Good deal- lunch was soup/app & main , dinner was app/main & dessert. Great price & wonderful food. Best Mango Creme Brule ever - and what was that raspberry/chocolate sauce YUMM! Steaks were melt in the mouth. So much food on both occassions had huge doggie bags to enjoy later. How can anyone not Luv this place. Beautiful, great friendy service, washrooms to die for and the food Martha, oh the food! Well done all around!

Upon discovering this place, I have been at least once a week either for a pot of tea, a quick lunch or a dinner with my partner. The atmosphere is relaxed and not rushed - the dining room is relatively small so service is able to see when you are in need of anything. Everything on the menu is vegetarian and so full of flavor! Sometimes restaurants will just give you the meat version without the meat and that will be their vegetarian options but here you get treated to refined and practiced vegetarian dishes. Their teas some in a glass, clear tea pot and are always presented so nicely so it is an entire experience really.

I went wit a group my friends a couple weeks ago, we were not sure what to order, individually or sharing?. the waitress recommended family dinner for 6B for us. We could even substitute other dish with the order. It was surprising fast and delicious! we had tasted variety food. Hot and Sour Soup is the best! I had never have such soup anywhere else. Also I like Mongolian Beef and Broccoli, Bean curd with Dry Hot pepper sauce. Very tasty! At end each of us only have to pay less than $13 for a full table of dishes!
since then we have been back a few more times!
the decor is nice, and a quiet place!

The Friday Night buffet is outstanding, very reasonably priced, The service is wonderful, very accommodating and friendly, no sooner is one item running low then a new batch of food is brought out, they are always making sure the buffet is fully stocked, you may have to wait for a seat but its well worth it.

I just ordered from kam yin for the first time tonight. Solely because I was lazy, it’s NYE and I did not want to drive cuz it was cold! lol
I was very surprised how good the food is, had the dinner for 4(a)
Not salty, the chicken balls where pretty much all chicken!!!!! The veg was crispy and cooked well! Only thing greasy( a lil was the wontons) but everything was way better than expected! If it was this good on NYE, I’ll Definitely be eating there again!!!!

This is a gem of a restaurant, tucked into a strip mall. Eaten there three times now, and consistently the food is fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Some highlights - great hot and sour soup; fantastic General Tao's chicken, and fantastic chicken balls. Try the crab cheese wontons for a nice treat, as well.
