All homemade food using fresh ingredients. I loved that the sauces (especially the sweet and sour) are not commercially made. Also, loved that the vegetables were crisp. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. My family of 4 went with our friends (family of 3) and they allowed us to rearrange the tables so we could all sit together. We have 2 growing teenage boys and dont typically have much leftovers but left here with 2 very full takeout containers from the dinner for 4. Will be back Lire plus

Kismet is my go-to place for Indian/Bangladeshi food in Waterloo. I usually get take out because the space is pretty small, and I've never had a problem with the people at the cash. My partner is not a fan of cilantro and they've never given as a problem when we ask for items without. Their naan is the best I've had in Waterloo (Grain of Salt in Cambridge is the only place I've tried with better naan). Much better than the sort of pancakey stuff I've seen at other places *cough*Curry in a Hurry. I really like their aloo gobi, which is potato and caulifower with curry spices. I went the other day with a couple of friends and I have to say it was a nice cozy place to spend the day with a couple of friends. The sushi was tasty, the service was great. They were so polite and friendly. To the person below, this is Canada. Not Japan or anywhere else in Asia, where their specialties are Asian food. Also didn't help the fact you had high expectations going in which could have affected your overall impression. "Worst sushi" is not something I would use for this restaurant. I definitely recommend it for a night out with your friends and family or even just a lunch with a friend. Lire plus
