Have been stranded in my car a couple of times in the last few years - once at a busy intersection with motorists blaring their horns at me - and Paul Browns has come to my aid each time. I was able to head in to work knowing my car would be fixed properly. Have found this business to offer reliable repairs and top notch service....and I like the fact they explain the problem and show me the damaged part before going ahead with the repair.

Great friendly service that's second to none. Prices are reasonable or better than the rest. Always got some donuts to munch on while waiting. Wait times are quick and they do their best to squeeze you in even without an appointment. 2 Thumbs Up!!! Oh and their hours can't be beat. Who else opens at 5am?

Helpful and Great Service! These guys are the real deal. They feel more like a friend trying to help you fix your car, vs a big shop trying to sell and upsell you. My whole family now uses this shop.

I had a fraud issue $2,700 taken out of my acct by etransfer which I didnt send. Went into bank on Prince St Sydney and I was so impressed with the customer service I receive. I FILLED OUT PAPERS ANSWERED A FEW QUESTIONS . I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW EFFICIENT SHE HANDLED MY SITUATION. Within 2 wks my monies was back into my acct

Very helpful. Very kind. My daughter is attending CBU and far from home and they made what started out as a stressful day so much better. So easy to call an arrange a pick up ahead of time and then have the same driver come back to get her when her appointment was done. To the driver of Car 29, thank you!
